Dr. Njideka Kelley
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Dr. Njideka Kelley has a Doctorate degree in Management with concentration in Organizational leadership. She has a master’s degree in Government and politics, majoring in International relations, and a masters certificate in International law and diplomacy. Dr. Kelley is a retired, certified Fraud investigator by profession who has owned her own consulting company in the area of management and organizational leadership for more than a decade. Currently, she trains industry leaders on the various aspects of growth and self- development to make them better leaders. In addition, she is the editor of the Business intelligence (TBI) published monthly and circulated in Nigeria, Ghana. Dr. Kelley sits on the board of 2 non- profit organizations that are devoted to helping the poor and needy, as well as widows and children all over the globe. Dr. Kelley in her most recent role in Agriculture has worked on improving agriculture systems in Nigeria where her sole mission is to ensure food security by improving the livestock industry, and organizing farmers into cooperatives for their maximum earning both locally and internationally. Dr. Kelley believes that Africa can feed itself and her passion grown into a mission. Dr. Kelley is an author, entrepreneur, teacher, mother, and advocate for women and children.
Mr. Sanni Ibrahim
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Sanni Ibrahim has worked in various organizations where he held positions as Head of Administration, as well as Director and Chief Executive Officer respectively, with outstanding positive output. Mr. Ibrahim is an experienced Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the oil and energy industry, agriculture and chain distribution industries. He is skilled in negotiation, sales, foreclosures, management, and strategic planning. He also, has a strong business development professional. Sanni Ibrahim holds a Master of Science (Msc) degree in Criminal Justices from University of Houston Downtown Texas USA.
